Appraisals provided are restricted-use appraisals to be used only by the client purchasing the appraisal.  In that case, the appraisal is to be used solely for the purpose of providing an estimated market value for personal information.

By use of this appraisal, the client agrees that the appraiser and SportsAppraisals.com shall not be held responsible in any way for damages of any kind or financial loss incurred due to an incorrectly inaccurate appraisal.  The client agrees that he/she is aware that an appraisal based on personal inspection may be more accurate.    If the client is using this appraisal in a way that will lead to a possible sale, the value given is contingent upon the fact that it is owned entirely by the client without partial ownership, liens, etc.  In addition, the client agrees that appraisals can vary by different appraisers and that the appraisal provided is an estimated opinion of the appraiser, not a clear-cut 'end all be all' value.

While appraisal standards strive to conform with The Appraisal Foundation’s established Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), please be advised that some portions of the appraisal may not.  In addition, while appraisals are generally completed within 24-48 weekday hours, delays may occur and no guarantee is made regarding the completion date of any appraisal.  If it is imperative that your appraisal be completed within a specific timeframe, please contact us prior to purchasing an appraisal.
